ER Tech I - Nights

St. Francis is hiring for Multi-Care Tech I working full-time in the Emergency Room.

Serve as a multi-functional member of the patient care team under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Support the RN staff through regularly organizing and facilitating two or more functional roles of the patient care plan of which may include the following: Basic Patient Care Activities, Unit Secretary functions, performing 12 lead EKG’s. Accurately and promptly communicates with the nursing staff, patient, family, and patient care team as required.

This is a full-time overnight position working 3 - 12's, which will include some weekends and holidays.

*We do offer a shift diff pay.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, Required
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Must be licensed in the state of Georgia as a C.N.A., Medical Assistant, or EMT
• Basic Life Support, Required
• MultiCare Tech I: One year of patient care experience in a hospital setting preferred
