We specialize in new product incubation, product creation, pilot, and small scale manufacturing. Responsibilities include:

• Manage and Oversee Accounting
• Oversee and control the quality of data entered in Quickbooks
• Advise GM on key financial decisions that will improve bottom-line earnings this includes cost saving suggestions and opportunities.
• Maintain positive cash flow by properly managing accounts payable and receivable
• General bookkeeping responsibilities include:
• Account reconciliation
• Bill Entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable
• Customer and Vendor record maintenance
• Maintain Chart of Accounts
• Analyze financial reports and discuss with GM
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Tax Filing
• Human Resources
• Manage Time and Attendance data for payroll
• Payroll processing
• Manage and pay payroll liabilities
• Employee records maintenance
• State reporting of new and separated employees
• Insurance
• Maintain insurance policies and keep a record of each
• Shop for new policies
• Be a key point of contact during audit and renewal periods

Qualifications:

• College degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Ability to manage others with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, attentive to detail, focused, and productive
• Proficient with: ERP systems, Quickbooks, Windows PC, Google Workplace(G Suite), or similar
• Ability to execute assignments in an accurate and timely manner
• Team player
• Experience in manufacturing, food or beverage industry preferred
