Job Responsibilities:

· Welcoming guests to Pumpkins at Callaway and Fantasy in Lights

· Assisting guests on and off the trolleys

· Educating guests about the experience of both events.

· Fantasy in Lights Only – Working the queuing lot for personal vehicles to include, but not limited to:

o Scanning Tickets

o Educating guests about the experience and operation

o Directing traffic in and out of queuing lot

Job Requirements:

· Must be 16 years of age or older

· Must be able to continuously lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to stand for extended periods

· Must be able to work outdoors

· Excellent Customer Service Skills

· Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team
