Essential Job Functions:

  • Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning, and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash.
  • Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
  • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.
  • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
  • Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
  • Familiar with Lost and found policy, by taken responsibility by submitting items immediate to Management

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 1 Year of Prior Related Housekeeping Experience Preferred.
  • Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Prioritization and time management skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
