Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Keep all records of approved requisitions.
  • Monitor all inventory by recording and filing.
  • Budget by keeping records daily identifying how much was spent in each of the accounts.
  • Double check invoices for back orders, correct items & correct pricing.
  • Check all received shipments for condition and correct amounts.
  • To assist in providing timely and accurate receiving, and distribution of food, alcohol and non-food products for the Lodge and Spa.
  • Control inventory levels, maintain par stocks as well as keeping the storerooms clean and secure.
  • In addition, you may be called upon to assist in other areas.

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma required
  • Experience in receiving/warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds necessary on daily basis and ability to stand for long hours at a time.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
