Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Process ticket sales, scan pre-purchased tickets, and verify memberships using the ticketing system (training provided).
- Provide accurate information about attractions, events, pricing, and directions.
- Maintain efficient traffic flow at entry gates during high-volume periods.
- Handle cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
- Resolve basic guest concerns or escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gate or booth area.
- Follow all safety procedures and guest service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable interacting with a high volume of guests.
- Ability to learn and operate a ticketing/POS system quickly.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Previous hospitality, retail, or guest service experience preferred but not required.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required during peak seasons.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including special events and holiday programming.
