Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
• Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times.
• Be able to effectively listen to, understand and clarify concerns and issues related to guests.
• Must be able to accurately count money.
• Must work well with a team.
• Be able to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and proper uniform.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays.
• This responsibility spans over multiple venues and outlets.
• Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary.
• Must be able to life 25lbs regularly.
• Must be able to work in any weather condition.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
