Requirements

Physical, mental and emotional stamina to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position:

• Long Hours / shifts often required
• Experience in hospitality or hotel/previous golf experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license is required of the position
• Service and Pro-Active attitude preferred

Daily Tasks

• Open and close the Golf Shop for daily business/play
• Connecting with each of our guests whether they are golfing, renting a cruiser cart, directing them to other areas of the resort, etc. This may be done by answering the phone, or when they walk through our doors to inquire.
• Making tee-times, booking daily rental on cruisers, selling merchandise, always keeping the Golf Shop neat and tidy.
• Assisting in tournament play
• Taking care of each of our golfing guests requests, etc.
• Working with management for any other requests pertaining to the job
