Columbus Technical College is seeking an individual to serve as a part-time off-campus course assistant at Chattahoochee County High School. This individual will assist with various duties relating to CTC Dual Enrollment Students needs. This is a part-time/non-exempt position. This position is located at Chattahoochee County High School.
Responsibilities:
Pay rate is $15.00/hr., no benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise CTC online students working in lab
- Provide technology assistance with Blackboard
- Facilitate communication between course instructor and students in online classes
- Ensure students are staying on track with online work
- Communicate student needs to high school administration
- Complete tutor training through the Columbus Technical College Writing Support Lab
- Provide one-on-one tutoring and assistance to students
- Follows high school procedures
- Demonstrate a positive attitude toward students
- Displays a high level of effort and commitment to performing work; operates effectively within the organizational structure; demonstrates trustworthiness and responsible behavior.
- Committee assignments and working on projects with other Academic Affairs and Student Services Personnel
- Perform other duties as necessary
- Current technical college student with an overall GPA of 3.0 and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in English
- An outside applicant that demonstrates the ability and experience in the subject field and has documented tutoring or teaching.
