Family & Children’s Services is seeking a collaborative and experienced clinician to lead our School-Based Mental Health (SBMH) program serving multiple school districts across our catchment area. The School-Based Mental Health Program Director provides leadership, clinical supervision, program oversight, and partnership coordination to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed mental health services for students and families in K–12 settings.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the SBMH program across participating school districts.

Serve as the primary liaison between Integrea and school administrators, mental health coordinators, school counselors, and community partners.

Coordinate referrals, monitor caseloads and service delivery, and support program growth and effectiveness throughout the calendar year

Participate in monthly school-based collaboration meetings with each district and student support meetings as needed

Maintain compliance with SBMH Collaboration data reporting requirements

Provide supervision, support, accountability, team meetings and consultation to School-Based Therapists

Serve on the FCS Clinical Supervisor team providing supervision for assigned interns/associate-level clinicians as well as providing crisis support and staffing for FCS clinical programs.

Maintain a small outpatient caseload, including assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and therapy services.

Maintain compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and mandated reporting.
