Description | SUMMARY: As a Client Services Manager will be a crucial link between our organization and our valued clients. You will oversee all aspects of client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service delivery. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to managing client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving mutual success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, ensuring targets and KPIs are met. Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance) to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. Assist with reporting and preparation of month- end processes. Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance to clients. Identify and resolve customer issues. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review service delivery and performance. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in collections and client relationship management.
