SUMMARY:

As a Client Services Manager will be a crucial link between our organization and our valued clients. You will oversee all aspects of client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining high levels of service delivery. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to managing client accounts, fostering long-term partnerships, and achieving mutual success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs and objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, ensuring targets and KPIs are met.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance) to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.

Assist with reporting and preparation of month- end processes.

Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance to clients.

Identify and resolve customer issues.

Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients to review service delivery and performance.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in collections and client relationship management.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 years or more work experience in the Client Services or related field at a manager level
  • Working knowledge and application of Excel at intermediate level
  • Working knowledge of ACT, CRS system, or AS400 preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with employees at all levels in all departments.
  • Proactive, flexible, responsible, and resourceful.
  • Efficient at handling and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects in a time sensitive environment.
  • Systems savvy, working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Possess a solid knowledge of U.S. consumer collection laws and regulations {FDCPA, FCRA, UDAAP}
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure.
  • Must be organized and have extraordinary time management skills

REASONING ABILITY:

  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished n written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

The work environment is an office call center environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
