What are we looking for?

Full-Time Positions! First Credit Services is looking to add members to our Call Center Team! Currently, we are recruiting for team members that have a background and skill set in the call center, customer service, collections, or telemarketing environment. We need team members that are computer systems savvy and have the ability and flexibility to work into the late evening hours.

Responsibilities and Skillset:

  • Making outbound calls to client portfolio consumer accounts
  • Receiving inbound calls to discuss consumer accounts
  • Negotiating payment from consumers
  • Develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude
  • Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills
  • Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task

Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Must be Bi-Lingual (Spanish)
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in call center or related industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong commitment of quality
