First Credit Services is looking to add members to our Call Center Team! Currently, we are recruiting for team members that have a background and skill set in the call center, customer service, collections, or telemarketing environment. We need team members that are computer systems savvy and have the ability and flexibility to work into the late evening hours. Do you have call center, sales, cold-calling, or customer service skills? This could be the opportunity you have been looking for! Responsibilities and Skillset: Making outbound calls to client portfolio consumer accounts Receiving inbound calls to discuss consumer accounts Negotiating payment from consumers Develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
