We are a fast-growing network of franchise and corporate owned men's clinics specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, and weight management. Each Gameday is set in a man-cave environment, where men can get fast treatments in a sports environment. For men who want to feel their best, it's Gameday. We are currently hiring an outgoing and detail-oriented franchise business coach.

General Overview:

As a Franchise Business Coach, you will be an important ally to franchisees and by providing operational guidance, coaching, technical, administrative, business and marketing support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop, coach, and mentor Franchisees to reach individual clinic and territory goals.
Train franchisees, managers, and clinic employees with regard to Company goals and initiatives.
Conduct regularly scheduled business reviews to see growth potential and areas needing improvement. Assist in onboarding new franchises into the Gameday network.
Evaluate how offices are performing compared to Gameday policies and procedures, analyze sales and cost data and provide specific customized recommendations to improve in these areas.
Provide direction and proficiency to franchisees and staff with regard to New Store Openings and Transfer Training Hours.

Skills:

Proficiency in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
Ability to learn and work within the Gameday CRM
College degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mind with excellent data collection and analysis skills
Aptitude in creative problem-solving
Time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
