Our Internship Interest Application allows college students to raise their hand early and stay connected with our Emerging Talent team. By completing this application, you’ll be among the first to know when our Summer 2027 internship opportunities go live.

Summer 2027 internship roles will be posted in mid‑August.
When roles are available, our team will reach out via email with next steps and application details.

Location: Varies – most roles will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Orrville, OH, but we also recruit for interns at 12+ of our Operations plants across the country (from Longmont, CO to Buffalo, NY and several places in between)

What we are looking for:

We are looking for college students in a variety of majors who have strong problem solving and collaboration skills and ready to have an impact on our company.

We bring in over 100 interns every summer in the following business areas:

• Marketing, Category Leadership, Creative & Design

• Sales

• Human Resources

• Corporate Communications

• Research & Development/Food Science

• Process Engineering

• Information Services

• Legal

• Supply Chain, Operations Management and Logistics

• Finance & Accounting

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be pursuing an undergrad degree during the time of your internship
