POSITION GOAL

To effectively manage the care of patients using knowledge, clinical skills, judgment and decision making skills for the specific skills.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivers exceptional patient care utilizing guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
• Reviews, evaluates and takes appropriate action regarding results of diagnostic tests. Administers medications according to appropriate policy.
• Assists with patient care activities as required
• Position requires regular phone calls to advise/educate. Assists with treatment plan/education as necessary. Re-directs as necessary
• Makes appropriate documentation entries in medical management system/EMR.

Experience:

Preferred:

• One year of clinical (ortho) experience preferred.

Education:

Required:

• ASN required

Preferred:

• BSN preferred.

Special Qualifications:

Required:

• Must have GA and AL state RN nursing license.

• Must maintain BLS certification at all times.Â

• Must comply with HIPAA requirements at all times.

• Must have a valid driver’s licenses and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
