Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an IT support specialist to work independently and provide technical support to client infrastructure and software across International Paper facilities in the Normandy complex. This role entails second-tier support for end-users, troubleshooting LAN issues, and assisting with data, voice, and video system configurations.

  • Daily management, monitoring, and maintenance of laptops, workstations, tablets, mobile phones, servers, RF devices, printers, and other network attached devices and LAN for all assigned facilities.
  • Serve as a liaison to Information Technology second and third level support groups to expedite the support process.
  • Support monthly closing processes, assisting the business as needed.
  • Install and configure standard devices as part of refresh lifecycle management programs for workstations, printers, RF devices, servers, network switches, and access points.
  • Complete assigned project tasks within defined timelines, including installation, configuration, and moves of supported devices.
  • Manage vendor warranty and break/fix work and assist with workstation processes.
  • Maintain facility documentation, including inventory, ticket tracking, and time tracking.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and travel between supported sites and facilities as required.

Requirements :

  • Associate Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related Information Systems experience.
  • Competencies include action-oriented, planning, time management, customer focus, integrity and trust, functional/technical skills, and technical learning.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
