We have an upcoming opportunity for a Product Manager to join our talented team in support of NetImpact. The candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Product Development Team, including business analysis, task/schedule management, and testing.
Typical Responsibilities:
- Collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing data to solve problems of varying levels of complexity
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand existing business processes, as well as strategic needs, goals, and challenges that will inform product requirements, roadmaps, and strategies
- Provide guidance implementing and improving product development efforts using DevSecOps, Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban methodologies
- Aggregate and analyze data from multiple sources, developing strategies and recommendations, and presenting findings in briefings and reports
- Coordinating support in managing tasks and schedules with a team working across different time zones
- Assisting in the preparation and creation of new/existing business processes, charters, and standard operating policies and procedures
- Assisting the team by cultivating an environment of teamwork, collective goal setting, and foster collaborative partnerships to accomplish the client’s mission
- Prioritizing and effectively utilizing time, establishing goals and objectives, and working in an organized manner in a team or independently.
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with the client and team members
- Providing testing and quality assurance to ensure the product is robust and meets all requirements
- Communicating status and ensuring the deliverables and milestones are met
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related field
- 4-6 years of experience
- Experience with product/project management
- Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies (Agile Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban)
- Proven ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels and work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse environment
- Expert communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
- Skilled in preparing briefings and presentations for business process improvements
- Advanced problem-solving, administrative, and analytical skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation & communication skills in both oral and written form
