Job Description

We have an opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to support our federal client portfolio. The successful candidate will have fluency in Agile development principles that enable them to work with internal development teams, external development partners and key stakeholders to create and maintain enterprise business applications for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead meetings with system owners and other stakeholders to gather business requirements
  • Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing activities
  • Create application documentation
  • Work with government product owner to provide insight on business requirements and functional design
  • Lead training, demos, and education activities for customers and stakeholders
  • Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation for the systems developed based on the requirements gathered
  • Serve as Scrum Master, supporting user story creation, sprint planning, and overseeing the tasks of the development team
  • Perform stakeholder engagement and outreach activities
  • Work with the development team to continuously refine the documented requirements
  • Analyze business requirements, accurately translating them into functional and technical requirements for the development team
  • Test various applications against documented requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in any field
  • 3+ years Business Analysis experience
  • 2+ year of business process mapping, optimization/reengineering
  • 2+ years experience with JIRA in an analyst role
  • Experience collecting and documenting application requirements systems using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Must maintain or be eligible for Public Trust

Preferred

  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
