Job Description

NetImpact is looking for a Program/ Project Manager to join our talented services organization. In this role, you will support the design, development, enhancement, operations, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions. The Program Manager will be the main Point of Contact (POC) for the client for services and deliverables provided under the contract. Program Manager will ensure cohesiveness between all Tiers, develop, execute process improvements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

The right candidate will work well with a team, exhibit excellent customer service skills, and be self-motivated, seeking ways to improve the environment. Additionally, they will maintain familiarity/experience with the full suite of ServiceNow configuration & customization functionality.

Responsibilities

  • Single point of accountability for contract performance; has full authority to act on all contract matters relating to daily operations
  • Leads all sprint/scrum team ceremonies as the Scrum Master
  • Ensures that each software delivery sprint includes deployable, production-ready software, unit tests, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint retrospectives.
    Responsible for developing and maintaining project enhancements delivery plan, to manage team resources, assignments of day-to-day project activities, reporting, and project quality, schedule, risks, and issues.
  • Provides leadership and direction for Project and Program management staff.
  • Ensures that projects adhere to Quality Management System, including tools and industry best practices, and that quality status reporting, reviews, and other control tools are employed to keep delivery on track and customers fully informed of status.
  • Serves as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal Government, and customer rules and regulations, and industry standards.
  • Ensures ServiceNow best practices for governance, implementation, and operations.

Qualifications

Required

  • BS and 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in management and direction of large, cross-functional programmatic and technical teams
  • Strong ability to anticipate client needs, serve as a trusted partner, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage dynamic deadlines and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Ability to balance client needs and level set expectations
  • Attention to detail and maintaining proactive communication
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred

  • Active Project Certifications:
    • PMI-PMP
    • Certified Scrum Master
    • ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Federal Consulting Industry Experience Preferred
