Job Description
NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. This role supports project delivery by coordinating tasks, managing artifacts, and ensuring teams stay aligned to timelines and deliverables. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a technical environment, with the ability to write user stories and tickets while keeping team members on track to meet project goals. This is a role where speed and quality matter.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage user stories, tickets, and backlog items in coordination with technical teams
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deliverable timelines
- Coordinate daily activities across team members to maintain alignment and momentum
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and leadership
- Monitor task completion and proactively identify and mitigate risks or delays
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and status reports
- Ensure clarity and completeness of requirements and acceptance criteria
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, agile support, or similar role
- Experience writing user stories, tickets, and managing backlogs (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to understand and communicate technical terminology
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
- Familiarity with federal project environments or compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools
- Federal Consulting Experience
