Responsibilities:

Performs venipunctures and obtains/prepares blood specimens in accordance with Piedmont policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• No experience required
• 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist Preferred
• Experience working in healthcare Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• None Required
• CPT - Phlebotomy Technician Certification Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency Preferred
