ERP SaaS Security Manager will be engaged in a large-scale S/4HANA implementation across the RTX organization and will require a solid background in designing and implementing security for ERP SaaS solutions. The candidate will collaborate closely with the RTX SAP Application Security and Data Security team while liaising with business leads and focal points to support this initiative. This individual should demonstrate a strong level of communication as well as the ability to drive business end user requirements while strategically leveraging SOX Compliance and Controls.

What You Will Do

• Hands-on security build and configuration of ERP SaaS solutions such as Ariba, Concur, Identity and Access Governance (IAG), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Fieldglass, Serrala, etc.

• Support testing and go-live activities for all relevant ERP SaaS solutions

• Collaborate with Application Security, Internal and External Audit teams and functional business stakeholders to ensure ERP SaaS solutions meet regulations, policies and compliance requirements.

• Apply RTX policy to ensure adherence to documented processes and audit compliance

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience OR in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

• 5+ years of experience primarily covering Role Based Access Controls in ERP SaaS security solutions.​

• Experience in understanding SAP security architecture and best practices.​

• Experience in performing security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security solutions.​

• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Understanding of key government compliance requirements, such as DFARS and NIST standards

• Strong understanding of SOX compliance, controls, and their integration into ERP systems

• Experience in SAP security architecture and role-based authorization models within SAP system landscapes including SAP Fieldglass, Concur, Ariba, Identity and Access Governance (IAG), SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Serrala and other related ERP and SaaS applications.

• Ability to travel up to 50%

This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
