The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager, Workforce Intelligence to join our Workforce Intelligence – Insights at Scale organization. This role is a critical intersection between data-driven insights and operational excellence. Partnering with our Insights at Scale leadership team, you will be the engine that drives strategic initiatives and governs the intake and prioritization of our global HR insights roadmap.

This position reports directly to the Director, Insights at Scale Workforce Intelligence.

What You Will Do

  • Demand & Intake Governance: Architect and lead a standardized intake process; manage the strategic roadmap by aligning requests with HR priorities and measurable business value.
  • Capacity & Resource Management: Monitor team backlog versus delivery capacity to provide leadership with data-driven transparency for resourcing and prioritization decisions.
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Drive end-to-end execution of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and within scope.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate dependencies across Digital Tech, Data Platform, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Design and execute change strategies, including communication plans and stakeholder alignment, to ensure new capabilities are integrated into HR processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Facilitate team rhythms (sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery reviews) to foster a high-performing, accountable, and transparent culture.
  • Impact & Value Tracking: Establish frameworks to measure ROI and adoption of delivered solutions, tracking realized outcomes against initial business cases.
  • Executive Communications: Synthesize complex operational metrics and project milestones into high-impact presentations and data visualizations for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications You Must Have ​

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. PMP or Agile certification is a strong plus.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior experience with, or knowledge of, HR tech stacks, to include BI tools (Tableau / Power BI) and HCM systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience applying change management models and leading transformation/change involving multiple stakeholder groups at an enterprise level.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to aggregate and utilize data to influence decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience generating impactful presentations that effectively communicate to multiple audiences, including senior and executive leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • PMP Certification
  • CORE Apprentice or Champion (RTX) or SAFe / Lean Portfolio Management

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
