Role Overview:

Transformation Programme Lead to oversee UK activities as part of the OneRTX Process & Systems Transformation (PST) Global ERP implantation. This role is responsible for localising and executing the PST strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing UK & US stakeholder engagement. Ensures alignment with both UK-specific business needs and global objectives. Tracks progress, manages risks, and drives delivery of transformation outcomes within the UK scope.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme Leadership & Governance

  • Own and lead the UK ERP implementation programme, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, scope, and budget.

  • Establish and maintain the UK Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) aligned with global programme milestones.

  • Oversee programme governance, risk management, and compliance with global standards.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary interface between UK leadership, business units, and the global ERP team.

  • Communicate programme status, risks, and critical decisions to UK and global executive leadership.

  • Influence senior stakeholders to adopt new processes, practices, and approaches.

  • Operational Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute short- to medium-term operational plans to support ERP deployment and business transformation.

  • Recommend and implement new processes, policies, and standards to enable successful ERP adoption.

  • Ensure operational readiness across UK sites, including data migration, testing, and change management.

  • Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor programme performance, conduct variance and critical path analysis, and prepare executive-level status reports.

  • Assess complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.

  • Strategic Impact

  • Drive improvements to processes and systems leveraging best practices and market insights.

  • Influence business decisions that have significant impact on UK operations and contribute to global ERP success.

Experience Required

  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-site programmes with significant business impact.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, including experience engaging executive leadership.

  • Understanding of ERP systems and business process transformation.

  • Experience working at senior leadership level with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with UK business operations and regulatory environments.

  • Understanding of data governance, compliance, and digital transformation principles.

Work Culture
