The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

The Manager, Enterprise Compensation, within the Corporate Human Resources Total Rewards organization plays a key role in ensuring the Company’s global compensation strategies remain externally competitive, market-aligned, and scalable across the enterprise. This role is a recognized compensation subject matter expert responsible for global market pricing activities, salary range management, and job architecture support to ensure consistent and competitive pay practices.

What You Wil Do

  • Conducts global market pricing and benchmarking jobs across the enterprise to ensure roles are aligned with external pay practices
  • Partners with external compensation survey providers for survey participation, job matching, and market data validation to support accurate benchmarking
  • Develops and maintains salary structures globally including performing regression analysis and creating salary range design recommendations for leadership
  • Supports and administers compensation systems and tools used for market pricing, range design, job management and compensation analysis
  • Ensures compensation data accuracy and consistency within HR systems to support reliable compensation administration and reporting
  • Supports and maintains the enterprise job architecture and global job catalog including job descriptions, job evaluations, grading, and new job requests
  • Communicates and trains internal customers on compensation policies and practices
  • Stays informed on industry trends by monitoring regulatory changes, industry pay trends, and best practices to inform compensation strategies
  • Participates in complex global compensation projects and partners in cross-functional HR projects.
  • May travel up to 5%, or as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of compensation, or comparable experience.
  • Prior experience handling and managing confidential data.
  • Knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to compensation.
  • Prior experience working effectively and productively, independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Knowledgeable with MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
