Principal Specialist, Talent Acq | individual contributor

We’re looking for a strategic and execution-oriented professional to champion our employer brand advocacy efforts and drive integrated talent attraction initiatives across the enterprise. In this role, you’ll help shape how RTX tells its story, empowering teams across business units and regions with programs that elevate our global employer brand and attract exceptional talent. Bring your 7+ years recruitment marketing experience, strong analytical focus, adaptable mindset, and collaborative approach to help elevate our recruitment excellence.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide strategy for employer brand advocacy, ensuring alignment with RTX’s talent attraction and employee engagement goals.
- Build and manage a scalable ambassador program that supports business units and regions while maintaining consistency across the enterprise.
- Provide day-to-day ownership and execution of the program, including content creation, content selection and recommendations, and distribution strategies to amplify advocacy efforts across organic social media and other appropriate channels.
- Train, consult, and empower ambassadors to effectively represent RTX’s mission, values, and culture.
- Oversee and curate employee-generated content via platforms like CultureHQ to amplify ambassador-driven storytelling and engagement.
- Support business unit- or region-specific integrated talent attraction initiatives, tailoring strategies and solutions to meet localized goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership across business units and regions to ensure alignment and collaboration on talent attraction efforts.
- Manage relationships with vendors, including employee-generated content platform and recruitment media, ensuring partnership effectiveness and high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor program performance and provide ongoing insights to refine and optimize talent attraction efforts.
- Travel up to 10%, or as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Prior experience building and managing scalable talent attraction programs, including strategy development and day-to-day execution.
- Knowledge of and ability to provide consultation for global recruitment media.
- Prior experience with content creation and storytelling skills, with an ability to amplify employee-generated content across channels.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and driving performance.
- Prior project management experience, balancing strategic priorities and day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Skilled in building strong, collaborative working relationships while educating and influencing leadership at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated understanding of the pivotal role that employer brand advocacy plays in talent acquisition and engagement.
- Experience in developing enterprise-wide programs that scale across regions and business units.
- Familiarity with organic social media strategy and content distribution to drive engagement.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training and consultation to internal advocacy teams or ambassadors.
- Expertise in managing employee engagement platforms and leveraging data to optimize program outcomes.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, easily adapting to changes and emerging opportunities, while maintaining a results-driven focus.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate global stakeholders.
- Willingness to perform administrative tasks such as processing invoices and navigating contracts processes.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
