In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to navigate complex contractual matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining compliance with U.S. Government and company requirements. From interpreting and negotiating terms and conditions to advising on contractual risk, you’ll play a critical role in enabling fast-moving procurement activities and supporting high-impact programs across the organization.
This position offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same—you’ll handle a wide range of contracting needs, from quick-turn agreements and purchase order support to more complex negotiations and contract administration. This position will be located Remotely in Puerto Rico. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
What You Will Do:
- Draft, review, interpret, negotiate, and manage complex agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer requirements
- Advise and represent the organization in moderate to complex contract negotiations and contract administration matters
- Conduct front-end assessments of contractual and legal risk while negotiating and executing agreements in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and suppliers to support contract acquisition, execution, and fulfillment
- Represent the organization with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and government agencies
- Resolve business and technical issues by identifying risk, applying sound contractual judgment, and recommending effective solutions
- Advise leadership on contractual rights and obligations and recommend strategies to mitigate program and business risk
- Compile, analyze, and maintain contract-related data and documentation to support decision-making and compliance
- Manage small projects or processes independently with minimal oversight
- Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives across contracting and procurement processes
- Utilize supplier-specific templates, training materials, and standard work to ensure consistency and compliance
- Track and log turnbacks to identify trends and support process optimization
What You Will Learn:

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience negotiating contracts, including development and interpretation of terms and conditions
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Experience supporting U.S. Government (USG) contracts
- Experience within a supply chain, procurement, or subcontracting environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
