RTX Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) team is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to support the RTX Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Program. This position reports to the Director & Counsel, Anti-Corruption Compliance. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise-wide policies, procedures, training requirements and tools to ensure compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Foreign Extortion Prevention Act (FEPA), and international anti-corruption laws and regulations
- Work closely with the business unit GEC teams to assist with the implementation of harmonized systems and processes to drive alignment across all elements of the corporate ABAC Program
- Support drafting of ABAC policies/standard work procedures and manage regular reviews and revisions
- Drive communications and training on new/updated policies and standard work procedures
- Support annual ABAC training requirements and training development and implementation
- Support development of systems and tools for third-party management and for review and approval of business courtesies, charitable contributions, sponsorships and sponsored travel
- Assist with drafting of harmonized third-party management forms and materials
- Coordinate quarterly sales representative reviews
- Coordinate activities of the ABAC GEC Council Steering Committee and Working Groups
- Coordinate regular ABAC communications and best practices benchmarking
- Coordinate management response to audit and investigative findings
- Assist with various other GEC initiatives, including policy administration and technology projects
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and understanding of the FCPA, FEPA, UK Bribery Act (UKBA) and other international anti-corruption laws
- Experience with drafting and implementing compliance policies and procedures at a multinational corporation or a law firm
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a cross-functional team to drive enhancements and issues to closure
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet multiple goals, plans and milestones
- An eye for detail, excellent verbal and written communications and a “champion for confidentiality”
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced Degree and/or applicable professional certification (e.g., JD, CPA, or Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional)
- Knowledge of, and experience in, aerospace and defense ethics and compliance

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
