The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:

The Service Management Platform organization is seeking a highly skilled and driven ServiceNow Senior Technical Lead to support and lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects and stakeholders to drive business value. This Senior Technical Lead role will be an agile advocate for relentless improvement of the ServiceNow platform while promoting development best practices and standards across multiple agile squads. This highly experienced individual will work across 6 or more agile squads to design, develop and support applications and workflows (ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, Accounts Payable, portal and integrations) and lead efforts to trouble shoot complex issues and improve the overall performance and stability of the platform. This experienced individual will be expected to provide mentoring and guidance to other developers on the Service Management Platform team.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide technical oversight and support across all areas of the RTX ServiceNow platform.

  • Ensure solutions are built in accordance with best practices while ensuring adherence to RTX Governance, compliance and organizational standards.

  • Provide resolution and guidance on complex technical issues while serving as the U.S.-based Senior ServiceNow Technical Lead.

  • Provide guidance in alignment to best practices and standards on integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems (e.g. Workday, Salesforce).

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow Product Managers, Business Analysts and Architects to review requirements and provide and implement design recommendations.

  • Support and upgrades, patches and health checks to ensure overall sustainability of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Stay current on ServiceNow platform updates, new features and industry trends. Proactively propose enhancements and other platform improvements to drive continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years of extensive hands-on experience in design, development and delivery of the ServiceNow solution in a global environment.

  • Deep ServiceNow technical expertise including custom application development and scripting experience across most areas of the platform including ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, HRSD, Accounts Payable, integrations and portal.

  • Strong ability to effectively collaborate with all levels within the organization including leadership, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders.

  • Ability to lead and mentor technical teams as well as support code peer reviews and be a strong advocate of best practices.

  • Advanced proficiency in scripting languages used within ServiceNow including JavaScript, GlideScript, Angular with experience in Virtual Agent, Agent Workspace, UI Builder, Flow Designer and Platform Analytics.

  • Extensive experience with REST/SOAP integrations and scripted REST APIs and a strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

  • Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM or HRSD

  • ITIL Foundation certification

  • Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other Agile software development methodology.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
