The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:
RTX has an opening for a Manager, DT Business Systems and Transformation (Manager, Business Systems and Transformation) role.
What You Will Do:
• Provide strategic leadership to a team of DT Product Owners and Analysts supporting Operations & Supply Chain applications.
• Own and mature the sustainment operating model by driving standardized processes, consistent documentation, and best‑practice adoption.
• Lead governance routines including backlog prioritization, Change Control Boards, and cross‑functional decision forums.
• Act as the senior escalation leader for complex, cross‑functional, or high‑impact issues, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service‑level expectations.
• Build strong partnerships with Operations, Supply Chain, and DT/IT teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment of priorities.
• Oversee sustainment readiness for new applications, including transitions to sustainment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery and IT security compliance activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase process maturity, enhance tools, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and customer focus across the sustainment team.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in Agile and SAFe methodologies and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies, including backlog management, requirement definition, governance routines, and process standardization.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, and documentation standards for sustainment operations.
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Experience leading large-scale sustainment transformations or maturing product ownership practices.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations, manufacturing, or logistics systems.
• Prior experience implementing or optimizing Transition‑to‑Sustainment processes.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
