- Partner with BU finance teams and Digital leadership to develop scalable, repeatable reporting frameworks that support executive decision-making and portfolio-level transparency.
- Identify and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements - including Power BI and automated financial workflows - that increase forecast accuracy and reduce manual effort across the team.
- Serve as a key liaison between Finance, Business Operations, and Digital functional leadership on cross-portfolio reporting, cost allocation models, and shared service economics.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of FP&A analysts - setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and creating growth opportunities aligned with individual and organizational goals.

- Manage and support internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to internal controls and documentation standards across all areas of responsibility.
- Communicate and coordinate with parties within and outside the organization - including BU counterparts, vendors, and cross-functional teams - on financial governance and shared cost model matters.
