We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic professional to lead the advancement of our threat management and intelligence program in a challenging and rewarding environment. As Investigations Manager, you will serve a pivotal role in supporting our enterprise Insider Threat Program, fostering team growth, shaping strategic decisions on complex issues, and driving process enhancements. What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end insider threat & counterintelligence investigations, including intake, triage, investigative planning, evidence collection, analysis, adjudication, and case closure.
- Conduct investigations involving data exfiltration, IP theft, policy violations, workplace violence, counterintelligence matters, and other insider risks.
- Partner closely with HR, Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Security Operations to coordinate investigative actions and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support coordinated responses to high-risk or sensitive incidents, including escalation and executive-level briefings.
- Produce high-quality investigative reports and intelligence briefings for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
- Design and deliver insider threat awareness and training programs to promote a culture of security and early risk identification.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives focused on behavioral risk indicators and reporting mechanisms to embed insider risk awareness across the organization.
- Support the ongoing maturation of the insider threat program, aligned with industry best practices and evolving threat landscapes.
- Contribute to the development of risk models, investigative frameworks, and program metrics (KPIs); identify opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and data integration capabilities.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors Degree a relevant field (e.g., Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline) and minimum 8 years experience in insider threat, corporate investigations, intelligence, cybersecurity, law enforcement, or related fields; or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- Demonstrated experience conducting complex investigations involving digital evidence and/or behavioral analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and executive briefings.
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience in insider threat or threat management programs within corporate or government environments.
- Familiarity with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, and digital forensic and OSINT tools.
- Background in counterintelligence, corporate security, cyber investigations, or intelligence analysis.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Cyber teams.
- Knowledge of insider threat frameworks and best practices (e.g., NITTF-aligned programs).
- Experience developing or delivering training and awareness programs.
- Strong understanding of open-source intelligence (OSINT) and commercially available analytic tools.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
