What You Will Do:

Program Operations & Delivery (ELDP & DLDP)

  • Own day-to-day operational execution of ELDP and DLDP learning and development activities in partnership with the Program Manager.
  • Support rotational assignment processes (where applicable): track rotations, coordinate with HR and business leaders, and maintain accurate participant records.
  • Manage and maintain calendar and key milestones for all learning and development activities for DLDP & ELDP
  • Coordinate logistics for DLDP & ELDP Recruiting efforts, including creating & maintaining interviewer lists, Zoom invites, day-of logistics, and participant follow up
  • Track and report regularly to Program Manager on off-placement status. For DLDP, manage calendar and logistics of off-placement list and interviews.
  • Learning Logistics & Vendor Management
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual sessions, including facilities, catering, travel guidance, materials management, and technology (Teams/Zoom, LMS, virtual classrooms), including up to 20% travel for onsite logistics.
  • Partner with external vendors and internal facilitators to manage contracts, session schedules, rosters, and evaluations.
  • Ensure all learning content, pre‑work, and post‑work are delivered on time and accessible to participants.


Systems, Data, and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate ELDP & DLDP participant data, including enrollment, completion status, rotations, and key milestones.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and standard reports (alumni reporting, participation, completion, feedback, program health, and other key metrics) for HR, business leaders, and the Program Manager.
  • Analyze feedback and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


Stakeholder & Participant Support

  • Serve as a primary operational contact for participants, people leaders, HR business partners, and rotation hosts.
  • Respond to queries about program logistics, eligibility, timelines, and requirements, escalating issues to the Program Manager as needed.
  • Support communications, including program announcements, onboarding materials, participant guides, and manager toolkits.
  • Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ELDP and DLDP operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and enhance participant experience.
  • Support harmonization and alignment efforts across RTX leadership development programs (e.g., shared templates, standardized metrics, common processes).
  • Contribute to pilot efforts and change management when program design, curriculum, or eligibility criteria evolve.


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Engineering, Digital/IT, or related field.
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • ​Experience managing complex logistics for multi‑session programs, events, or training initiatives.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and comfort working in HR/learning systems (e.g., LMS, survey platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across stakeholders and time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.


Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience supporting leadership development programs in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to create dashboards and insights.
  • Prior experience coordinating with external training vendors and internal facilitators.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions (HR, business leaders, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT).
  • Experience generating professional presentations that effectively communicate to multiple audiences, including senior and executive leaders.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
