The LPN assists with patient care throughout clinical areas, and is responsible for the safe transport ofpatients via any mode to and from treatment areas. Ensure appropriate documentation of services renderedby Provider and LPN in a manner acceptable in healthcare facilities. Performs general receptionist and clericalduties as necessary to assist physician with treatment of patients, ensuring smooth office coordination andfunctioning, while providing knowledge with medical treatment and patient care and information
