Supv-Ctrl Plant Maintenance

The central plant supervisor is responsible as a working supervisor for managing maintenance personnel in routine maintenance and repair services performed in the central energy plant and essential utility and life safety systems. Responsible for maintaining and repairing boilers, chillers and auxiliary equipment. Maintain proper documentation and chair the utilities management subcommittee. Must be able to troubleshoot without direct supervision and responsible for preparation, planning and coordinating of maintenance support work schedules. Establishes and oversees preventative maintenance program. Provide and manage operational and capital budget.

Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent X Required

Required Skills
Licenses:
4th Class Engineers License with 6 months for improvement.

Minimum Work Experience
Minimum ten (10) years working experience in a central plant operations and mechanical work. Work may be substituted for the trade school certificate.
