Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for assigned patient care units. Review daily clinical staffing issues and address appropriately. Ensure the timely placement of patients in available beds so as to assure optimum patient outcomes. Communicate the daily census data and any patient placement issues to management.

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must beable to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Minimum Work Experience
One (1) year of relevant experience coordinating the use of infinite resources. Healthcare experience preferred.
