- Under the direction of the department director, the Clinical Coordinator has responsibility for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and the respiratory therapy department and their effect on patient care in the department.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
- Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy
Licenses/Certifications
- Must be credentialed by National Board for Respiratory Care (RRT) licensed by the Georgia Composite State Board of Medical Examiners
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
- ACLS
Minimum Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Respiratory Therapy to include but not limited to critical care. Neonatal/Pediatric experience preferred
Required Skills
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
