Performs all duties pertaining to hardware, software, and network in accordance with defined standard operating procedures. Supports and maintains computer systems, desktops and peripherals for wired and wireless devices. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring an optimal and standardized workstation performance. Also troubleshoots problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and provides end user training, support and assistance where required. Collaborates with application and infrastructure colleagues to root cause environment failures leveraging industry standard Open Systems Interconnection.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
Minimum Work Experience
- Three to Five years of progressively responsible computer repair and system support experience in a healthcare (preferred) and/or business setting with demonstrated effective communication skill preferred
Required Skills
- Certifications (Preferred): MCP, CompTIA A+, or Net+
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
