Job Summary
Entry-level information technology position. Team members are assigned to work in areas of technology and are expected to increase their knowledge to assist in the analysis, design, implementation, operation and technical support of one or more Information Technology areas.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Under the direction of more senior-level Information Technology staff, completes a variety of developmental assignments in assigned area.
- Participates in special projects as defined by department manager.
- Develops, maintains, and integrates application software, related project management activities and production support, works closely with internal clients, business systems analysts and team members to understand expected system functionality
- Works on a smaller, minimally complex projects or on small, minimally complex task(s) within a larger project
- Participates on a project teams, may be assigned to the Applications department (providing application development, integration, and modification activities) or the Infrastructure department (maintenance and production support).
- Provides effective written and oral communications within and outside the IT Department.
- Works with the quality assurance department to ensure applications match the system specifications.
- Develops software applications modules per the software developments standard guidelines.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience:
- 6 months related work or internship experience

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Expresses ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn

- Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Knowledge of relational database concepts
- Knowledge of web services
- Knowledge of software Design Patterns
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Familiarity with ASP.NET and C#
- Familiarity with Microsoft Stack of products
