Job Summary:
The Loan Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the daily operations and processing of loan transactions within the organization. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in loan documentation, funding, and servicing. The analyst collaborates with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues, maintain records, and drive process improvements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process and review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness; ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies; monitor and track loan funding and servicing activities; resolve operational issues and discrepancies; maintain accurate records and reports; collaborate with internal departments and external partners; identify and implement process improvements; support audits and regulatory examinations; assist with special projects as needed.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field;

Minimum Experience:minimum of 10 years of experience in loan operations or related area;

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:strong attention to detail and analytical skills;proficiency in loan management systems and Microsoft Office Suite; excellent communication and problem-solving abilities; experience with process improvement and compliance preferred. Professional office environment; prolonged periods of sitting and computer work; effective verbal and written communication required; minimal travel for meetings or training; collaborative, team-oriented setting; reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • 4-6 years experience in Commercial Lending or Loan Due Diligence
  • 2 years of College
