Job Summary
Serves as a strategic liaison between the business and centralized AI teams, identifying and prioritizing opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience, and employee effectiveness through AI and automation. The position analyzes workflows, leads AI initiatives from concept to implementation, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, and drives adoption of AI-enabled solutions through change management, training, and user engagement. By combining process improvement, project management, and stakeholder collaboration, the role accelerates responsible AI adoption while delivering measurable business value and operational efficiencies.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Works closely with business leaders and team members to understand how work flows across the department and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery /client experience, and employee effectiveness. Through interviews, workflow analysis, and observation, documents current-state processes, quantifies time spent on manual activities, and identifies operational pain points. Evaluates opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic objectives, creating a prioritized pipeline of AI and automation initiatives.
- Oversees AI-related initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring projects remain aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value. Coordinate stakeholders, establishes project plans, manages timelines, and facilitates communication between business, operations, technology, and AI teams. Breaks complex initiatives into manageable workstreams, maintains momentum, and proactively resolves obstacles that may impact execution.
- Fosters awareness, trust, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions throughout the business. Engages associates throughout the development process, gathers feedback, communicates benefits, and helps teams understand how new tools can improve their day-to-day work. Supports training, user readiness, and ongoing adoption efforts to ensure AI solutions become integrated into regular business processes and generates sustained value.
- Acts as the liaison between the business and the centralized AI team, helping identify high-value opportunities, manage implementation efforts, and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions. Combines process improvement expertise, project management discipline, stakeholder engagement, and close coordination with AI teams, will accelerate the responsible use of AI across the business while delivering measurable operational efficiencies and enhanced client and associate experiences.
- Meets all the client’s financial needs, both business and personal, and refers clients to other specialty areas such as Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management, etc. as appropriate.
- Assists other team members as needed to ensure delivery of distinctive service.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in business process improvement, project/program management, business analysis, operations management, technology implementation, or a related discipline including experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing stakeholders across multiple business units; documenting workflows, identifying efficiency opportunities, and implementing process improvements; and driving organizational change, user adoption, training, or communications initiatives.

Preferred Education, Experience, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Master's degree such as MBA, Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- AI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management certifications
- Experience supporting AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging technology initiatives
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Knowledge of generative AI, workflow automation, and responsible AI governance principles
- Working knowledge of AI, automation, data analytics, and emerging technologies sufficient to identify business opportunities, collaborate effectively with technical teams, and support implementation efforts.
