Shift : Weekend Nights: Saturday - Tuesday from 4:45 am - 4:00 pm

Summary of This Role

Manages the activities of production team(s) to ensure that operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; utilization, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards. Monitors the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently. Provides operational input for planning, sourcing, directing and monitoring workflow including supplies. Collaborates with and may source vendors who provide technical support for equipment and/or product. Develops approaches and plans for pricing, budget development and tracking, equipment needs and material procurement. Collaborates with Technical Support, Client Relationship, Risk and Compliance to ensure all federal, state and regulatory requirements are followed.

What Part Will You Play?

  • Oversee the production process and ensure that production goals are met. Work closely with Supervisors and support staff to plan work, set targets and ensure the finished product meets quality standards. Monitors equipment efficiency standards and compares work volume for present and future needs.
  • Maintains staff by recruiting, orienting, and training employees through production job expectations. Provide coaching, counseling, and education around systems, safety, policies, and procedures.
  • Assists leadership in developing, recommending and implementing new procedures, policies and systems for the department to drive continuous improvement minimizing client defects. Supports Quality programs that maintain a safe, organized work environment. Focus on best practices and documenting Quality Standard Operating Procedures. Analyzes, investigates and reports issues utilizing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and various production tools.
  • Escalation of equipment issues and coordination with the production maintenance staff.

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is preferred. Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • Typically a minimum of 6 years
  • related professional experience and prefer a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a supervisory position.
