Primary hours are M-F 8a-5p but it can vary based on the business need for training classes (i.e. weekend training, 3rd shift training, evening training, etc)
Summary of This Role
Deliver best practice soft skill and technical training to team members, maximizing effectiveness by ensuring team members have thorough knowledge of products, services & systems, can effectively use communication skills, troubleshoot, resolve problems and provide positive customer experience to existing and potential TMS clients and customer base. Assesses team member performance as it relates to delivered training content and instruction and identifies needed training modification.
What Part Will You Play?
Delivers and evaluates internal training including Induction, Systems and Product knowledge.
Delivers and supports the design of contact center training courses and programs that support the business objectives of the client projects.
Regularly liaises with senior training personnel on new ways of delivering training initiatives to the Operations.
Assesses team members performance on the job, identifying training requirements and reporting appropriately to line management. Supports the ongoing development and coaching of the front line management team.
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Relevant Experience or Degree in: other related training in lieu of a degree will be accepted
- Typically No Relevant Experience Required
- Training delivery experience in a Financial Services Contact Center
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred professional qualification, CIPD
- Experience in Credit Card Fraud / Dispute and Chargeback / Collections.
