| Job Summary | The Lecturer position in the Department of Management, HRM, and Law for the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position with a ten-month appointment to begin August 1, 2024. This position is responsible for teaching management and/or human resource management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; providing instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats; advising students; and providing service to the Department, College, University, and community. Depending on expertise and experience, additional responsibilities may include conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations. |

| Minimum Qualifications | 1. Master’s degree in Business or a related field from an AACSB accredited university. |
| Preferred Qualifications | 1. Relevant professional experience. 2. Doctoral degree in Management or a related field from an AACSB accredited university (ABDs within one year of completion will be considered). |
