Job Summary
The Lecturer position in Social Work is responsible for managing the daily issues of the MSW Program on the Troy Campus to include: recruiting new students; networking in the community for practicum sites; teaching a full load across the curriculum to include HBSE, Social Policy, Social Work Methods, and Social Work Research; advising students; and working in concert with the Director of the MSW Program.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Social Work
2. License eligible
3. Two years of post-MSW direct practice experience in social work
4. Excellent oral and written communication skills
5. Minimum of one year of Higher Education teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in internships and networking with community agencies
2. Skill in educational leadership
3. Ability to develop technological course delivery methods
4. Proficient in Datatel, Blackboard and other Troy Systems
5. Experience working with military families
