Job Summary
The Lecturer position in the School of Management in the Sorrell College of Business is a full-time, non-tenure track faculty position with a ten-month appointment to begin August 1, 2026 depending on candidate availability and/or department need. This position is responsible for teaching human resource management and/or management courses at the undergraduate and/or graduate level; providing instruction in face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online formats; conducting academic research in line with AACSB expectations; advising students; and providing service to the Department, College, University, and community.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree in human resource management, management, or a related field from an AACSB accredited university (ABDs within one year of completion will be considered).
Preferred Qualifications
Having all or combination of relevant professional experience with a preference for Human Resource Management experience, peer-reviewed research, and effective teaching to compliment academic credentials.
Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties? Driving may be necessary but is not a primary responsibility
