The Assistant/Associate/Full Professor position in the Division of Counseling, Rehabilitation and Interpreter Training is a tenure track position in Counselor Education. This position is responsible for teaching an array of counseling-related courses; pursuit of scholarship and research agenda; service on committees at all levels; involvement in service to the community; advisement of graduate students; and supervision of clinical practicum and internships.

1. An earned doctorate in Counselor Education from a CACREP accredited program.
2. Credentials and experience in the field of clinical mental health counseling

1. Either licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Alabama

2. Experienced Clinician

3. Experienced in teaching clinical courses at the University level

4. Experienced in Practicum and Internship Supervision

5. Dual certified in school counseling or rehabilitation counseling
