Troy University’s School of Hospitality, Sport & Tourism Management (HSTM) offers a Bachelor of Science degree in both online and traditional formats, with majors in Hospitality, Tourism & Event Management or Sport Management.

We are seeking a full-time faculty position at rank of Lecturer/Open-Rank Professor of Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management (HTE) to join our team. This 10-month faculty position is based at our Troy, Alabama campus and includes teaching responsibilities primarily in-person, with potential opportunities for online instruction.

1. Earned doctorate or terminal degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution (ABD candidates may be considered at the rank of Lecturer)

1. University or college teaching experience
2. Evidence of scholarly achievement in the area of expertise
3. Professional experience in HTE industry.
