| Job Summary | Troy University’s School of Hospitality, Sport & Tourism Management (HSTM) offers a Bachelor of Science degree in both online and traditional formats, with majors in Hospitality, Tourism & Event Management or Sport Management. We are seeking a full-time faculty position at rank of Lecturer/Open-Rank Professor of Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management (HTE) to join our team. This 10-month faculty position is based at our Troy, Alabama campus and includes teaching responsibilities primarily in-person, with potential opportunities for online instruction. | Minimum Qualifications | 1. Earned doctorate or terminal degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution (ABD candidates may be considered at the rank of Lecturer) |
| Preferred Qualifications | 1. University or college teaching experience 2. Evidence of scholarly achievement in the area of expertise 3. Professional experience in HTE industry. |
