Job Summary
The Undergraduate Workship position in Computer Works is responsible for assisting computer lab users with operation of hardware and software, including Windows 11 and Microsoft Office; assisting with troubleshooting and updating computers; monitoring printers; and maintaining an environment conducive to students’ completion of academic assignments.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Must be a current Troy University student enrolled at least half-time.
2. Basic computer knowledge
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills

Please note: Student positions are FICA/Medicare exempt only if students are enrolled in classes in the semester work is performed. To qualify for the FICA/Medicare exemption, you must be enrolled on a half-time basis for the Fall, Spring, or Summer.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working in a computer lab or other technology-prevalent workplace
