| Job Summary | The Enrollment Manager -Military-Shaw AFB position is responsible for all military recruitment at Shaw AFB; attending recruiting events, such as soldier briefings, job fairs, career fairs, business expos, etc.; communicating with all prospects/applicants; processing applications; assisting with registration activities; helping students enroll with Troy University, including one-on-one admissions counseling by in-person appointments, phone calls, and emails; and the Shaw, AFB – Enrollment Manager and POC for all MOU’s. |
| Minimum Qualifications | 1. Bachelor’s degree in business, communication or related field from an accredited college or university 2. Minimum of one year of recruiting and/or sales experience 3. Must have reliable transportation and current valid driver’s license 4. Must be independent worker 5. Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to establish rapport with a diverse customer base 7. Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail |
